We are looking for a Warehouse Stores Assistant to join our busy branch team. This is a hands-on role that is vital to ensuring our customers receive excellent service and that stock is managed efficiently and safely.
If you enjoy practical work, take pride in keeping things organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the ideal opportunity for you. Agricultural knowledge is beneficial but not essential, as full training and ongoing development will be provided. This is a full time vacancy equating to 40 hours per week, plus alternate Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities
✅Receiving, storing, and organising stock within the warehouse.
✅Carrying out stock checks and maintaining accurate stock levels.
✅Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently.
✅Operating a forklift truck and warehouse equipment (where trained).
✅Keeping the warehouse and yard clean, safe, and well organised.
✅Serving customers and assisting with product collections and enquiries.
✅Supporting the Branch Manager in maintaining Health & Safety and UFAS standards.
✅Assisting with the smooth day-to-day operation of the branch.

What We’re Looking For
✔Strong communication and customer service skills.
✔ A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
✔ Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
✔The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
✔ Ability to undertake manual handling duties, including lifting and moving stock.
✔ Forklift licence desirable but not essential, as training may be provided.
✔ Interest in agriculture, farming, or rural industries would be advantageous.

CCF, Wales’ biggest farmer-owned co-operative, have a vacancy for a Saturday Stores Assistant to work in their Letterston branch. This role involves working Saturday mornings between the hours of 8:15am – 12:15pm.

The role involves storeman duties in the warehouse (for which fork lift training can be provided), and using our computer system to serve our customers. Farming knowledge would be an advantage but not essential, as would the ability to speak Welsh.

Part-time Retail Assistant Vacancy

Join Our Team
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our busy agricultural retail branch. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, has a proactive approach to sales and takes pride in maintaining a well-presented retail environment.
As a key member of the branch team, you will play an important role in ensuring customers receive exceptional service while supporting the efficient day-to-day operation of the retail area.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure customers are served promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers with enquiries, product selection and problem resolution.
• Promote products, services and seasonal campaigns to maximise sales opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
• Maintain high standards of merchandising and ensure displays are attractive, organised and in line with company guidelines.
• Ensure stock is replenished, rotated and displayed appropriately.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or slow-moving items to management.
• Assist with stocktaking and inventory management activities.
• Process customer transactions accurately, including cash and card payments.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and welcoming retail environment.
• Support compliance with UFAS standards and company procedures.
• Contribute positively to the branch team and support colleagues where required.

About You
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has excellent communication and customer service skills.

Skills & Experience

• Agricultural knowledge or experience within the agricultural industry and the ability to speak Welsh would be and advantage but not essential.
